Education: Ph.D. in law. Graduated from Russian Customs Academy in 2010
Activities:
In 1996 he joined the Ministry of Finance.
Since 2002, service in Customs authorities.
After completing his postgraduate studies at the Russian Customs Academy and defending his dissertation in 2010, he was invited by the Head of the Russian Customs Academy to continue his scientific activities in the Research Center, where from 2011 to March 2023 he held the position of senior researcher.
The total scientific experience is more than 12 years.
Since 2013, he has been working in the Department of Customs Legislation of the Eurasian Economic Commission as an adviser. In July 2015, he was appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Division of the same department.
