In accordance with the recommendation of the Higher Attestation Commission (HAC) under the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation dated October 26, 2022 № 2-пл/1 (recommendation), from September 1, 2023, new criteria are introduced for applicants for the academic degrees of candidate of science, doctor of science (Ph.D), as well as to members of dissertation councils.
On January 26, the Central House of Scientists hosted a meeting of the Economic Management Section on the topic “Influence of Price Dynamics on the Development of the Russian Economy”.
