The development of a single methodology (mechanism) for assessing the effectiveness of customs activities on a global scale, in our opinion, is of interest to the analytical departments of customs authorities and the scientific community. Previously, we conducted a separate study and described the approaches of the World Customs Organization (WCO), the EU, as well as our vision of such a methodology within the framework of assessing the level of development of customs regulation in the Eurasian Economic Union (see Mozer Sergei. 25 апреля 2023 года в рамках проведения Международной налоговой недели на базе Финансового университета при Правительстве РФ состоялась сессия на тему «Перспективы совершенствования и проблемные вопросы таможенного регулирования в ЕАЭС и РФ».
