For my colleagues, the scientific activity of the Russian Customs Academy is associated, first of all, with its Research Institute, which, in our opinion, is a serious center for conducting scientific research in the field of improving customs administration and trade facilitation.
В соответствии с рекомендацией Высшей аттестационной комиссии (ВАК) при Министерстве науки и высшего образования Российской Федерации от 26.10.2022 № 2-пл/1 (далее – рекомендация) с 1 сентября 2023 года вводятся новые критерии к соискателям ученых степеней кандидата наук, доктора наук, а также к членам диссертационных советов.
In accordance with the recommendation of the Higher Attestation Commission (HAC) under the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation dated October 26, 2022 № 2-пл/1 (recommendation), from September 1, 2023, new criteria are introduced for applicants for the academic degrees of candidate of science, doctor of science (Ph.D), as well as to members of dissertation councils.
Доводим до вашего внимания, что на странице Высшей аттестационной комиссии при Министерстве науки и высшего образования Российской Федерации (ВАК) на постоянной основе размещаются объявления о предстоящих защитах диссертаций. Созданная система поиска позволяет выбрать исследовательскую работу в рамках отрасли науки (например, технической, экономической, юридической и др.), специальности, наименованию диссертации, месту защиты, шифру диссертационного совета, а также ФИО диссертанта.
We bring to your attention that on the page of the Higher Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation (HAC), announcements about upcoming dissertation defenses are posted on an ongoing basis. The created search system allows you to select research work within the field of science (for example, technical, economic, legal, etc.), specialty, dissertation title, place of defense, code of the dissertation council, as well as the full name of the dissertation candidate.
On January 26, the Central House of Scientists hosted a meeting of the Economic Management Section on the topic “Influence of Price Dynamics on the Development of the Russian Economy”. From the Russian Customs Academy the meeting was attended by representatives of the Research institute Mr. Vladimir Novikov and Ms. Anna Boborykina. The problems and challenges facing the domestic economy in modern conditions were discussed with representatives of various universities, as well as institutes of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
26 января в Центральном доме ученых состоялось заседание Секции управления экономикой на тему «Влияние ценовой динамики на развитие экономики России». От Российской таможенной академии в заседании приняли участие представители научно-исследовательского института Владимир Егорович Новиков и Анна Евгеньевна Боборыкина. Проблемы и вызовы, стоящие перед отечественной экономикой в современных условиях, были обсуждены с представителями различных ВУЗов, а также институтов Российской Академии наук.

The work is carried out within the framework of the Working Group on improving the customs regulation of the Union.
