В конце октября — начале ноября на двух площадках: в Российской государственной библиотеке и Липецком государственном техническом университете — прошла конференция «Обнаружение заимствований — 2018». Выступления, вопросы, обсуждения, которые звучали в ходе мероприятия, позволяют сделать много полезных выводов о состоянии дел в нашей области. Одно из сделанных наблюдений послужило поводом для настоящей статьи.
