The Guide systematizes and classifies all WCO legal instruments and tools developed over the period 1952 – 2020. The representative of the Commission emphasized that the Guide could be useful for the process of updating the International Convention on the simplification and harmonization of Customs procedures and, if necessary, is ready to acquaint the WCO Secretariat with the results of the study.
