For the past 16 years, the AEB Annual Customs Conference has been organized by the AEB Customs and Transport Committee together with the Federal Customs Service and became one of the best platforms for dialogue between the Russian Federal Customs Service and European Businesses, where experts can share their practical experience in customs regulation development and work out common approach/solutions for customs rules.
Like in previous years, the conference will be dedicated to recent developments in the national and EAEU customs legislation, as well as the key milestones of the Russian Customs Strategy 2030 and analysis of current law enforcement practices. A number of well-known and recognized experts will share their knowledge and experience, offering a starting point for discussion searching for rational and efficient solutions to existing challenges such as:
– Customs value determination and administration,
– Authorised economic operator;
– Recycling fee regulation;
– Customs broker: risks and practical aspects of regulation;
– Practical aspects of implementation of EAEU Customs Code and National Law on Customs Regulation,
– Tracing and trackability, certification and labeling of imported goods and many other acute topics.
The leadership and high-level representatives of the Federal Customs Service, Ministry of Finance, Eurasian Economic Commission, Public Council under the Federal Customs Service, are invited as speakers and our distinguished guests.

The conference will be conducted in Russian and English. Interpretation will be provided.
Attendance fees
Fee for representatives of the assigned and additional AEB members is 18,000 RUR (+20% VAT);
Fee for representatives of non-member companies: 21,000 RUR (+20 % VAT);
2nd delegate from the company – 50 % discount.
All payments are to be made through bank transfer or credit card, ahead of the event. Once the transfer is made, the sum is not refundable. Please note that online payment with personal or corporate credit card is available. Please choose the “online payment” link when registering.
