The Comparative Study on Preferential Rules of Origin (Version 2017) has been updated and is now presented in one document. It consists of general explanations of specific origin topics generally found in preferential origin legislations. The study compares the European rules of origin system and the rules of origin legislations in NAFTA, ASEAN and the TPP free trade contexts.
