INTELLECTUAL CHECKPOINT IN RUSSIA AND THE WORLD: COMPETENCE-BASED APPROACH TO CREATION

РУССКИЙ

Dear friends,

Earlier we reported that in St. Petersburg, from February 16 to February 17, 2023, the conference “Intellectual checkpoint in Russia and the world: a competency-based approach to creation” will be held. The main organizer of the scientific and practical event is St. Petersburg State Electrotechnical University “LETI” named after Ulyanov (Lenin).

This project was implemented thanks to the personal initiative and active participation of Mr. Afonin Petr, Vice-Rector for Strategic Development, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor, Acting Head of the Department of Applied Mechanics and Engineering Graphics of LETI.

Note: The event is aimed at representatives of the transport infrastructure, customs authorities and state regulatory organizations of various countries, the business community – developers of information customs technologies, technical means of control, scientific and pedagogical staff who provide training for specialists in the field of customs, including those with specialization in areas of engineering activities, temporary storage warehouses, customs representatives and is devoted to the discussion of the latest achievements and prospects for the development of intelligent checkpoints.

In my opinion, this is a very interesting scientific event worth participating in. Reports, presentations are of a practical nature and attract special attention from customs officials and researchers. In 2022 I participated as a listener in this conference via video conferencing and liked it very much.

Today I got acquainted with interest with the Collection of reports “Intellectual checkpoint in Russia and the world: a competency-based approach to creation”, which was published following the results of the conference held in LETI on February 10-11, 2022 .

The collection contains materials from two sessions: “Intellectual checkpoint – a new horizon for the development of information and technical support for customs control” and “Perspective customs technologies”.

For subscribers of the telegram channel “Russian customs academy: SCIENCE” I recommend to familiarize yourself with the collection of materials at the link.
