Objective

This conference will provide practitioners with in-depth analysis and high-level debate on the latest developments in the field of EU and world trade law.

The main focus of this year’s event will be the modernisation of trade defence instruments (TDI), on which a Commission proposal was published in April 2013. The proposal includes amendments to the existing trade defence instruments and guidelines on their implementation.

The most recent WTO and EU jurisprudence as well as the new Generalised Scheme of Preferences (GSP) will also be analysed.
