Education: PhD at Law, graduated from the Russian Customs Academy in 2010.

Business activity:

In 1996 started working in the Ministry of Finance;

Since 2002 – the service in customs bodies;

Upon completion of graduate studies in the Russian Customs Academy was invited by its heads to continue scientific work in Research center of Academy, where he holds currently the position of a leading researcher;

Since 2013 – the work in the Department of Customs legislation and law-enforcement practice of the Eurasian Economic Commission, adviser.

Research interests: international law, administrative law, customs law; fields: customs regulations, the legal regime of the customs activity of subjects of international law not endowed with international legal personality.
