The Russian Customs Academy invites you to take part in the International scientific-practical conference “Actual problems of the theory and practice of Customs in the terms of Russia’s membership in the World Trade Organization”, which will be held on the 19 October 2012 at 10.00.
The Conference will be held at the Russian Customs Academy under the address: Komsomolskiy prospect (avenue), 4, Lyubertsy city, Moscow region, 140009.
Registration of the conference participants at: 09.00 – 09.50
Venue: situation hall № 1 of the training situation-analytical center of the Academy (room № 627 of the training-laboratory building № 2).
Working languages: Russian, English.
In order to participate in the Conference you should send the Nomination Form which you can find in the attachment, not later than 01 October 2012 to the Organizing Committee responsible for preparing and conducting the Conference. The registration fee is not included.
Sending party is responsible for the transit, accommodation and nourishment of its participants.

It is planned to issue the Collection of the Conference materials (1 quarter of 2013). The author’s contribution, distribution of copies of copyright and payment of fees aren’t provided.
We kindly ask you to send the materials of the reports (abstracts) on the Conference theme, which should be processed in accordance with the requirements. Abstracts and reports in printed and electronic form should be sent to the Conference Editorial Board not later than 01 November 2012.

Requirements to the materials for publication:
– size (report – not more than 5 pages, abstracts – not more than 3 pages format A4), parameters of the page: top margin – 2,0 cm, lower margin – 3,0 cm, left margin – 2,5 cm, right margin – 2,5 cm, alignment – justified, font “Times New Roman”, size of type – 14, spacing – 1,5;
– tables and schemes attached to the work should be built on the papers A4,
size of type – 13;
– the name of report should be written in the center, in capital letters;
– name of the author(s) (First name, Middle Initial, Surname);
– occupation, academic degree, academic title, special rank;
– place of work, telephone number;
– printed version of the materials should be signed by the author (authors).
Editorial Board of the collection of the Conference materials reserves the right to take a decision to refuse publishing them without notifying the author about the reasons. Editorial Board doesn’t return presented materials to the author.
