On November 19, 2018 it has been held a meeting of students of the Institute of Law and National Security (Institute) of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration with Member of the Board (Minister) for Customs Cooperation of the Eurasian Economic Commission M.A. Kadyrkulov, Chairman of the Public Council under the Federal Customs Service, Doctor of Sociological Sciences, Professor, Scientific Director of the Faculty of Customs, L.A. S.Lozbenko, and Mozer Sergei, Deputy Head of Division of Advanced Customs Technologies, Department of Customs Legislation of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
M.A. Kadyrkulov addressed to the students a presentation «New Customs Legislation of the Eurasian Economic Union: Realities and Prospects». He spoke about the main tasks of the EEС; about the history of the creation of this organization; introduced a new Customs Code of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU).
S.V. Mozer, Deputy Head of Division of Advanced Customs Technologies, Department of the Customs Legislation of the EEC, spoke about improvement of instruments of customs regulation in the EEU Member States in cooperation with the World Customs Organization.
L.A. Lozbenko in his speech «The Customs of Russia at the present stage» spoke about the legal framework for the implementation of projects on the example of creating electronic customs and development prospects until 2020.
There was a presentation of certificates to students of the Customs Faculty related to training course at the World Customs Organization. The certificated were given to Marsh Gleb; Demichev Semen;Strekalovoy Carolina;Frolova Victoria; Agapova Yuri.
At the end of the meeting L.A. Lozbenko wished to the students «to know a little about everything and everything about a little». Then you will become invaluable specialists. ”
